What are your qualifications?

Dr. Jay Wrigley is a Functional Medicine Doctor and Naturopathic Physician with over 24 years of practical experience working with the unique hormonal concerns of peri- and post-menopausal women. Michelle Dowker is a Wellness Strategist and dietary coach with an educational background as a Naturopathic Doctor. The online program itself is divided into weekly modules, with three to four lessons in each. Each lesson includes a quick video, along with a written transcript of the video and an audio-only version of the video depending on the format you prefer to learn from. The videos are typically ten minutes in length. It's up to you if you want to watch them all together or space them out if you're short on time. There are also optional quizzes and assessments you can try in some of the lessons, which may take you 5-20 minutes to complete.
